If you like your hair hard and plastered down, this is not for you. It is a very soft rework-able edge paste and I love it. It smells so good and I use it as regular gel now

I miss the passion fruit version of this! Smelt so much better in my hair. When I use this scent- my hair smells horribly like moldy damp hair- I hate it!!! Bring back the passion fruit scented version!!!

I loved this at first but after maybe 2/3 weeks of not using it, I opened it up to use it and it had mold in it… I have never had a product do this before and I am even a licensed hair stylist.

Truly amazed at how this natural product smoothed down my very frizzy edges! No product has been able to do that before. The frizz is smoothed down but the hair looks and feels soft to the touch, not crunchy at all. It smells good (fresh and fruity). I do notice that it leaves slight residue on the hair but it’s only noticeable to touch, not to the eye. A little goes a long way!

Doesnt hold 4c hair but its smells good. Works great at first but doesnt hold longer than a few hours on 4c hair

I purchased to try on my edges but after using I decided to use this product on top of my curling custard on my damp hair and I haven’t found anything that make my 4c curls stay so defined with no frizz and super shine. Definitely a keeper.

I want to preface this by saying that if Curls hadn't had a giveaway event at Union Square, NYC I probably wouldn't have been so excited about this whole line as it did seem expensive. I've had this product now for over a month. I have a combination of 3B, 3C and 4A hair. My hair seems to be tighter at the back of my head and loser at the front. I purchased this paste because (1) I've never utilized a control paste in my life and (2) I wanted control over my edges. I feel like if my edges are under control, I can extend myself towards 4 or 5 day hair. This product provides control, shine, and moisture. The hold around the edges does begin to soften in less than 3 hours which is perfect for me because i'm not seeking an unnatural sleeked look at my edges, I just want my hair to regain its moisture and regain some control. Sometimes i add just a little bit to the top of my hair for all the flyaways and it surely does help to control it. A little goes a long way and this 4 oz container has lasted me a while thus far (more than 1.5 months) considering I've primarily used it for my edges.

I know people rave about this but it just did not work for me. It smelled wonderful, didn't flake and at first, my edges and my part laid down beautifully. But once it dried, my hair was back to looking dry and frizzy. Just for reference I have fine, low density high porosity hair. Also, the container is kinda small for the price although I personally don't care about cost if a product works.

The top on this item was delivered broken & the box was filled it oil spots. I have to wrap plastic wrap around the top to conceal it.
