Bake according to chart until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through baking. 2 to 4 Servings: 18 to 22 min. 5 to 8 Servings: 22 to 26 min. Deep Fry: 1. Heat oil in electric deep fryer to 375 degrees F. Fill deep fryer not more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket not more than half ful of frozen fries. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 3 to 4 minutes until crispy and golden brown. 4. Drain on paper towels. Caution: Ice crystals will cause spattering when added to hot oil. Allow excess crystals to melt prior to frying. Tip: When frying with oil, always preheat oil uncovered. If oil splatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When splattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature.
