Take it like a shot
I've taken Glutathione from Cymbiotika for a couple years and I thought this would taste similar... it doesn't. This is bad. The reviews saying it's foul were not just being dramatic. Have something like a chaser nearby when you take the NAD+ - you will want this taste out of your mouth immediately. As for results, I haven't seen any yet after 10 days but I assume it's one of those things that is noticeable long term. I'll finish the 2 x 12 packs that I bought since it was a bit expensive but won't re-purchase.

Great results, taste is meh
I have been taking this for a few weeks, and really do feel a difference in my energy levels, as well as less snacking throughout the day. I find the taste to be pretty bad, it's almost like orange mixed with some sawdust and a weird aftertaste. I just try and get it over with because I know it's doing great things for me. If it tasted too good, I'd be skeptical that it was full of stuff I don't need!

NAD+ is the missing link in your wellness routine
I am an avid wellness seeker and have done deep dives now that i'm in my mid 30's. I realized that although our bodies make this, the levels drop significantly in your 30's and it is what regulates cellular aging/DNA repair and energy levels- along with a host of other things! I figured why not add it and see if I notice a difference. Also there is an additional ingredient in these packets that help with skin health and I am all about that! As a busy mom of 2 the packets are also SOOOO convenient. Flavor wise, it is a bit citrusy/sweet, but I do taste a little medicine like taste- not terrible enough for me to stop taking it though!

3 Days of Progress
I am 3 days in and am already noticing changes. I am not craving snacks between meals or at night, I'm not eating as much at meals, I have more energy without any side effects, and I feel like I am able to do the same amount of work without getting absolutely exhausted mid-day. The taste is difficult. I've been mixing mine with bottled smoothies and that helps. Even if I didn't mix it, the taste is a small price to pay for the results. Excited to see how I feel as time goes on.
