I love all the Daiya varieties. I like that the ingredients are simple, vegan, and understandable. I dislike cooking, so I like that I can just put this into a microwave pasta cooker and not even tend to a pot. I then just add the sauce and it’s ready. Sometimes I add hot peppers or bread crumbs to give texture to the soft pasta. It’s not a low-calorie food, but ingredients matter as much as calorie count. This is good as a side, but usually I just eat the whole box as a meal.

My kids are big mac & cheese fans, so I bought a box of this and the Deluxe Cheddar Cheezy Style. It might have been the worst mac & cheese we've ever had. I believe my kids came to a concesus on the one word to discribe the taste..."Nasty!" We made both boxes and ended up throwing all but a few bites in the garbage. I'd highly recommended staying away from this product.

This is one of the worst vegan Mac and cheeses I’ve tried. Out of the three Daiya flavors, “4 cheese and herb” had the best rating on the Target app, so I tried it first. I’m sorry, the cheese wasn’t very good. I’m kinda nervous to try the other flavors. The pasta doesn’t cook easily or evenly. No wonder why these are 50% off lol

(Disclaimer: This is my first experience with this brand.) I just got done eating this a couple moments ago and felt the need to talk about it. This mac and cheese tastes very strange. If you are looking for something that resembles something like the average mainstream mac and cheese taste, this product is not for you. This is not going to fulfill your craving if you are looking for an alternative, that's how different the taste is. If I had to guess, the main problem is the herbs overpowering the cheese taste. If I was rating this product based off of my preference alone, it would get one star, but I can imagine someone else liking it. The pasta also felt weird when I chewed on it, but I don't know why.

This is not real cheese and vegan replacements are very rarely going to taste like the real thing... however, I think the 4 cheese plus herbs flavor is the best out of the variations and it's good for those late night mac and cheese cravings.
