Q: It has been on a power bank for an hour and it is barely warm in a couple spots!! I Have tried 3 power banks , unplugging and turning it on/off several times. Is it just defective

Q: Does it need a specific power bank? I have one, fully charged and I tested it on my phone it works but it won’t work on the vest-
