Agree with others that the plastic smell is awful. The clear plastic becomes far too hot to be safe! Will definitely be returning. Very disappointed in poor quality.

This popper flings kernels everywhere and doesn’t even pop them. The picture is what I was rewarded with after running it. When it’s running it vibrates itself out of position, further making a mess. Don’t waste your money on this one.

This is the second time I have purchased this product. I lost the first one in a house fire, but I loved it so much that when it was time to purchase items for my new home I spent hours searching to find the same one. The kernels pop evenly with very few “duds” which makes it so much easier when making Carmel corn. Highly recommend this product.

First one worked great and then died after 2 weeks. Replacement came, seems to take longer to pop and leaves many unpopped kernels compared to the first one.

The smell of the plastic is very strong right out of the box. I removed all the packaging and let it sit out to air overnight. The next morning the smell was lingering in my kitchen and the popcorn maker still has the smell. I can’t get over how strong the smell is. The smell sticks to your hands after handling it! Returning it today! Didn’t try it out, so can tell you how it works.

Bought this brand & model because it was highly rated. Popcorn, both unpopped kernels & popped kernels fly all over the counter at the beginning of popping even with a super large bowl for collecting popcorn. Someone claimed, in their review, that they elevated the front of machine & then popcorn went in bowl better. I'd like to know how many inches they elevated this machine as this is working so-so. If you do elevate the machine, then at the end of popping kernels do not pop & just end up burning.

Our old air popper finally died after over 12 years of use. This one had a lot of great reviews so we decided to go for it. The first 8 cups were popped to perfection. Only one partially popped kernal remained in the well. The next 8 cups yielded the same result. Popcorn perfection! We eat popcorn about 1-2 times per week so hoping this one lasts another 12 years!
