Q: I’m thinking of purchasing this product but the last air popped popcorn maker I had didn’t aim into the awaiting bowl very well and through popcorn all over my kitchen. Does this one have a good aim?
A: In the beginning, mine popped perfectly into the bowl. Now that I've had it for a while.Popcorn goes everywhere.I'm not sure if it's because it's getting tired or it's just user air.But it definitely flies everywhere now.

Q: Does the unpopped kernels fly out with the popped kernels?
A: Thank you for your question about the Dash Fresh Pop Popcorn Maker. While the machine is designed to direct popped kernels into the bowl, some unpopped kernels may occasionally be pushed out along with the popped ones. This can happen due to the airflow used to pop the corn. To minimize this, try using fresh, high-quality popcorn kernels, as older or smaller kernels may not pop as efficiently. Ensuring the correct amount of kernels is used, as overloading can cause more unpopped kernels to be expelled. If you have further questions or need assistance, please reach out to bydash.com/help.

Q: Why does the popcorn fly everwhere instead of down the chute? Don't understand why there is a mess all around my bowl after popping a round of corn? Wasn't like this as a new product. Used 6 times!
A: Hello! We’re sorry to hear that your Dash 16-Cup Electric Popcorn Maker is causing popcorn to fly everywhere instead of directing it down the chute. Since you mentioned this wasn’t an issue when the product was new, here are a few things to check: Bowl Placement – Ensure that the bowl is positioned correctly under the chute so that all popped kernels land inside. Kernel Size & Freshness – Older or lighter kernels may pop with more force, causing them to bounce out of the chute. Using fresh, high-quality popcorn may help. Chute Alignment – Check if the chute has shifted or isn’t securely in place, as this could impact the direction of the popcorn. Internal Build-Up – Over time, small amounts of oil or debris may build up inside, affecting airflow. Wiping the inside with a dry cloth after each use may help. If you’re still experiencing this issue, please reach out to bydash.com/help. Our Customer Service team would be happy to assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
