Q: My lamp is plugged into a wall switch controlled outlet. Is there a way I can bypass the touch controls and have the lights turn off/on by wall switch? Switch turns off but not on.

Q: I sort of hate that this lamp must be thrown out when the bulbs burn out, are you planning on some sort of recycling of this material? This might be a dealbreaker for me and I really love the looks

A: Hello Jrz - Thank you for your concern and we totally agree. The integrated LED bulbs in this lamp are intended to have a lifespan beyond that of the lamp itself, lasting 10-20 years. We understand that this is still a concern, and actually just finished updating this lamp with engineering changes that allow it to use a replaceable bulb. That version of the lamp will begin being sold in September. If you decide to order before then, yes! Many aspects of the lamp can be recycled. It is almost entirely made of aluminum, a great recyclable material. I hope this helps! - Lenaya

Q: I bought this light 2 weeks ago, lights started blinking when I turn it on. I’m not able reset and do anything, light are continuing to blink . I tried different outlets but no use. Is that a manufacturing defect? Please help.

This lamp is definitely cute and I loved how I could adjust the lighting. The downfall is, I’ve only had this lamp for a year and didn’t realize the bulbs weren’t replaceable until they all blew out! Total waste of money! I am extremely disappointed! I was told I couldn’t return it without a receipt, as if there was various stores selling this lamp.

Had a power outage now this won’t turn off. Unplugged it and plugged it back in. It’s not even the right sequence of lights and will not turn off if plugged in

Vey beautiful lamp. I love the design and 360° functionality however the worst part was integrated light bulbs , that means if any of 4 lights get burned you can’t Change it. No protection plan is available either. The cost for quality is high and it was risky to keep that so we ended up returning this lamp.

The good: attractive lamp, heavy base The bad: who ever heard of a disposable lamp? The lights cannot be replaced? You just throw it away. Plus, the quality control was abysmal. Where you screw the sections together, one was screwed in at an angle, so it was impossible to screw the sections together AND there was something loose rattling around in one of the sealed light canisters.

We have this plugged into a receptacle connected to a light switch. Sometimes it turns on with the light switch. Sometimes it does not and you have to press the button to turn on the individual lamps. Super annoying because it is a handsome lamp. Expected better quality for how much this cost.

We have a small apartment and I love that this lamp hardly takes up any space at all but it packs a punch! To turn it on you simply tap a button on the pole and it turns the top light on, with every tap one more light comes on. There’s no light bulb necessary, it comes with LED lights built in and there’s a frosted matte flat film over the LED lights so when you look at the lamp you don’t see a bunch of bulbs or anything. I highly recommend.

After only about 8 months one of the lamps would not go off it stayed on all the time, unplugging it and trying again did nothing. Unfortunately the short warranty on this item had expired.

I've had this lamp for 4-5 years now and I love it. I really enjoy how you can choose the brightness level by how many bulbs are on at once. I prefer using this instead of the overhead lighting in my room. Only complaint is I was debating purchasing another one, and I think the price is a little too high. I bought mine a few years back so the cost likely changed.

The LED lighting "devices" inside this lamp are not replaceable. Though the description says these lights should produce 10,000s of hours of lighting, my lamp stopped working within 9 months after using it 5 days a week for about 6 hours per day which amounts to a little over 1,000 hours. I didn't realize when I purchased this light the lighting units were not replaceable. It is a nice looking lamp but obviously not a good choice or value.
