I got this book for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. We already used it for two recipes, and have plans for more tonight and this week. I and my 5 year old son HATE cauliflower. Last night we made the macaroni and cheese from the book with cauliflower puree in it.....we both LOVED it....see moreof the reviewer's review

My favorite is the banana bread with streusel topping. The recipes are yummy and are an ingenious way of getting nutrients to kids (and husbands) that otherwise would be wary of ingredients such as tofu and squash.

I've had this cookbook for a few months now and a bunch of Jessica's recipes have ended up in my regular rotation (pink pancakes, chocolate avocado pudding, mac and cheese, etc.).
