Q: How long should lights stay on for? They turn on when hooping but stay on for less than 5seconds no matter how long you’re hooping.

Q: I purchased one but lights will not come on even with movement, "hooping," or "bumping/tapping." I'm concerned that it is broken or the batteries may be dead. How can I change out the batteries or make it work to light up?

I needed a hoop that was 34-36” and I was so excited to find this one. I ordered it for pick up and when they brought it out it was obviously too small. Went home and measured and sure enough it’s only 28”. Please fix this description!

First of all, these are not 36" in diameter which is what I needed. More like 32". Very lightweight and doesn't look like it would last very long if used by young ones. Returned mine.

This Sun Squad light up hula hoop is affordable and mostly functional, but lacks a decent weight and the LED lights are spotty at best. When my kid tries to hula hoop the LED lights just decide to turn on then immediately go off. But then when the hoop falls to the ground it lights up for 5+ seconds. Also, to make this hula hoop better it needs to have just a little more weight.

Purchased 2 and the lights have stopped working on one of them after not even a week. Battery compartment hard to get to and not sure if can even replace batteries. They’re cute hula hoops and my kids love them so this is a shame.
