Clean roads and clear paths with the exciting refuse truck! Children are interested in technology. That's why they find bin lorries and street cleaners so fascinating. Because they're a technological marvel: the bin is hooked in and the rubbish tipped onto the loading ramp. This mechanism has been faithfully reproduced in the Dickie Toys Large Action Garbage Truck to create a child-friendly toy. The loading area can be tipped and opened; the refuse container is raised and lowered by a lifting mechanism. Light and sound effects make refuse disposal even more realistic in the playroom. The truck rolls gently across carpet, wood or laminate flooring. This present will help to keep the playroom spotlessly clean. Requires 2-AA batteries that are included. Suitable for ages 3 years old and up. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD -- Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.

It is smaller in size than the other trucks in the same line. Price was a bit high for the size. The structure of the truck is acceptable but even with normal playtime, it may not last; disappointed.

Bought this for grandsons second birthday. He loves it. Makes noises and works like a real trash truck. He can’t stop playing with it and his four year old brother uses it too. I hope the moving parts last.
