submitted byKendraM - 7 months agoA: Hey Screen Name, thank you for your feedback. The sticker on the front of the Endura Pro Pet isn't in the pictures because it is supposed to be removable. I am sorry the adhesive is too sticky, but you can apply a nontoxic solution of warm water, vinegar and liquid dish detergent to remove it. Soak a paper towel in the warm vinegar solution and rub it over the adhesive. Let it sit for five minutes. Then remove the paper towel and scrape away the residue. Thanks, Joseph- The Dirt Devil Team

Even five minutes is more work than I should have to put it to make a product look “as advertised”, moreover I am not enough of a fool to think that adhesive will soak off: I am not new to the world; if I peel that it would be a bigger mess. At this point, it doesn’t matter as the vacuum has completely failed with less than a year of light use.

A: The pet tool isn’t driven by any power outside of the limited suction of the vacuum so it can’t pick up anything more than a conventional brush attachment.

Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. A: Nope, this was an unhappy little surprise. Generally vacuums turn off the roller for bare floor but this one doesn’t. Makes it excessively & unnecessarily loud while using the hand held tools. The flexible vacuum tube is also pretty short, so overall this vacuum is a pain to use with cleaning attachments.

I bought this vacuum almost a year ago and this is the LOUDEST vacuum I've ever heard. Also, the attachable roller brush clogs very easily, so I just stopped using it because it wasn't worth the hassle of cleaning it after only using it for a couple of minutes. Then today, I was using the attachement hose to clean my couch, so the vacuum was in the upright position which I just assumed would stop the larger roller brush from moving. I wasn't aware that the cord was under the vacuum, so while I'm using the attachement hose, I heard a really nasty noise, then there's a pop and my vacuum stops working. The cord got sucked up into the vacuum and got chewed up. Why was the larger roller brush moving if it was in the upright position? Oh well, this gives me a reason to get rid of this vacuum now.

It feels like a cheap $10 Craigslist used vacuum. The canister doesn't have a latch and continually falls off. It doesn't actually suck into the canister, instead it spews dirt out the beater bar section. There was an obvious clog after using it once, so I removed the clog, to no avail. Still spewed dirt instead of sucking it. I regret buying it, and will be returning it tomorrow.

We bought this vacuum for our summer home three years ago. While it still runs it truly is a miserable excuse for a vacuum. It is hideously noisy. I believe it is the loudest vacuum I've ever seen and I've seen a few. The attachments are limited and difficult to remove from the machine. On hardwood floors it throws as much dirt out the back as it picks up. I would never buy it again. By the time we appreciated this thing's flaws it was too late to return it.

I got this vacum cleaner in October and it died in January. I got a new one and again, just as my 90 days warranty expired it died!!! First, instead of sucking in the dirt, it started blowing it out. I cleaned what was inside of the vacum, but the same thing happened and just a minute or two into cleaning, it died. I was able to turn it back on after a few minutes, but it died again. Target is not giving a refund and is not able to help anyhow and I don’t think Dirt Devil will be of a big help eather…

Worked for a few months then stopped working. Checked the belt it broke, tried to replace it noticed the side piece that holds the bottom brush was stripped and worn out. Called Dirt devil to see if they honored their warranty, turns out they don’t. Not even to replace the piece thats broken. Told me to go a local shop to get it fixed ha

The vacuum is okay when you are able to fit the filter back together perfectly so that you can reattach it to the main body of the vacuum but you will spend so much time doing that you will eventually decide to purchase a different vacuum.

We needed a pet vacuum badly. And we are on a tight budget so this one seemed like it was decent, according to what the description gave and affordable price. It literally worked good only on the first use. Each time after that it's not performing well at all. It's very lightweight and feels cheaply made. Feels like it's going to break. The turbo tool quit working after one use, I even took the 2 little screws out and cleaned it, even though there was very little hair inside. The retractable chord doesn't work half the time, you have to constantly pull it to get it to go and even then I have to push it in. The motor is becoming increasingly loud. How could this happen after one use? There is nothing stuck inside, the brush rotates freely. And the foot lever to unlock the upright position doesn't work properly either, you stand there pressing it and having to rock it back and forth until you hear a loud snap sound, but because it's so lightweight there's nothing you can do about it. Overall, it's a cheaply designed and manufactured vacuum. The worst one I have ever bought.

When it worked, it worked great. However I have spent more time over the past year having to try to dismantle everything, the bagless chamber, to get the pet hair that builds up at the top and clogs it….every single time.
