I used this product a handful of times both semesters for my freshman year at college, since it was so small and lightweight it was very convenient for space within my dorm room as far as storage goes. For this item to have been used max 9 times the quality of it was not the best. It hardly held charge, missed so many pieces of dirt, and overall was just an awful buy. I can understand some wear and tear if I had used it more frequently but when I say this was hardly used and used in very small increments of time each time; for this item to have broken down that fast there’s just no excuse for a product to be that bad at it’s given job.

So I gave this little guy a chance. the price seemed fair maybe a little steep but not too crazy. mainly bought it for the simplicity and the quick flip. but now after having used it for about a month or 2 I probably should've returned it and for my money back. it just flat out kinda sucks it's very weak doesn't pick up anything that well on the first attempt. have to repeatedly go over the same area to get most of it if you're lucky picked up. the batter life isn't the best either imo. especially considering how long it took to charge to begin with. overall the quick flip part is really the only good thing about this vacuum.

No suction, extremely tiny opening and dirt capacity, you'll break your finger trying to pull open the extension nozzle and once it's open it doesn't stay open and just flops around and makes it useless. Worst piece of junk I've bought in years.

I returned it a couple of days! Apart from the fact that it takes a long time to load, literally when trying it, the load lasted less than 5 minutes and it turned off! I fully charged it again to try to test it again and hopefully 5 more minutes and it turned off again, a very bad purchase!

It’s good for vacuuming up large pieces of dirt off a hard surface or carpet. But not for small or embedded dirt. I bought this to vacuum up my car. There were a few pieces of dirt in my back seat. There was very little dirt since almost nobody ever sits back there so I expected this to be an extremely easy job for the vacuum yet it was barely able to pick up anything. Upon using the crevice tool it seemed to work a bit better but it’s just not worth the money regardless. I do appreciate the fact that it’s cordless though. It’s hard to find any cordless vacuums. But I’m just going to buy a powerbank and use my home vacuum for my car.

Waste of money and time. Has barely any suction and MAY pick up a crumb- after going over it several times. The flip down tool is a waste. As other reviews stated, it doesn’t hold a charge long and dies constantly in the middle of using. This thing is basically a child’s toy.

I have never seen such a useless product in my life. First of all it needs to be charged for 3 hours for you to get 15min worth of suction. Second, it has no suction. See it for yourself. We went to the beach and I wasn’t expecting it to work on fine sand, but it didn’t work on anything.
