Frustrating customer service. I couldn't believe that just five minutes after receiving a damaged product from Target.com, calling them turned into a disaster. I explained to the representative that both inside and outside boxes were damaged, and I requested a solution. They only could offered an in-store return with NO replacement or any other alternative, meaning I have to go to the store and clean their mess plus the time I money I already spent tho get nothing in return. This is completely unacceptable and unfair. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with Target.com and their customer service

Bought it yesterday, charged it overnight, tried it just now. I should have read the reviews! As others have mentioned, this thing is super loud and it blows everything around that you're trying to pick up. The crevice tool keeps coming loose when using it. Then, once you empty the dirt cup the first time, it doesn't ever fill that up again. The dust, hair, particles just get trapped in the filter cup. My ears are still ringing from this 30 minutes later, and I don't have overly sensitive ears. I'm writing to that email address I see from all of the other complaint reviews, but nevertheless this will go back this weekend. I hope Dirt Devil reimburses Target in full for this product.

Hugely disappointed with this vacuum. Instead of picking up small things, it actually blows them out in all directions. This is due to complete design fail- the outgoing air compartment is located on the bottom of the vacuum- thus creating wind. I wonder if the store will accept my return.

Received this as a gift (I’m told it was bought at Target) and the battery never charged so it never worked even for one minute. Dirt Devil said the battery is not replaceable and would not replace the device itself because I didn’t have a receipt, because it was a gift. So don’t buy this as a gift for someone.

The product is really well made, it does not feel cheap at all, but the suction is really bad, it doesn’t really do the job. So I think there are better vacuums out there

Bought this to use on the interior of the car that needed clean and to quickly vacuum stairs. Working well so far and pics up dirt and pet hair well so far. But this thing is very loud. So loud it hurts my ears and will require ear plugs to use. It's loader than all my yard equipment. It's insane how loud this thing it.

I charged it the day I bought it. Tried using it the following day and the battery lasted for 2 mins. I recharged it again fully and again it lasted for 2 mins. When I tried using it for the 3rd time, with a fully charged battery it wouldn't even turn on. I would not recommend this to anyone.
