It plays about 5 seconds of the sun and cuts out. No matter what mode I set it to. Very disappointed in this and my daughter was disappointed too. She was excited and then when we switched it out of “try me” mode and it still cut out, she was upset and put it down. Waste of money.

The threading on the plastic chain broke while removing it from packaging. Will reorder and hope for a better outcome. My granddaughter was excited to receive this item on Christmas Day. Disappointed she was not able to use it upon receipt.

Loud enough to hear, and pretty but the necklace is short so you can't jut put it over your head, you have to open and close the latch (hard for young kids). Also it only plays 1 song.

I gave this to my niece, who is 3. She wears this all the time and loves it. When you press star in the center of the pendant, it plays the chorus of "Show yourself" while the pendant illuminates. Cute and my daughter loves it, but it seems to be stuck in “try me mode”. No matter what we do, it will only play about 5 seconds worth of song and most of the time it’s just the melody. Worked well at first and a few days in started doing this.

I found it to be a bit bulky for a necklace but my daughter likes it and enjoys singing along with it. The design of a snowflake and the chain looks beautiful. It has two play options one with light show synchronized to the song playing and the other with just a song. The necklace seems to be well made we had it for two weeks now and it holds up well. My daughter liked this necklace for about 5 minutes then started to complain about her neck hurting. This is because the snowflake is so heavy for a kids necklace. I know it has batteries in it but the weight is a bit too much. My daughters neck on the back started to have indents from the beads on the necklace. She hold it in her hands to play the song now and only wears it for about a minute before asking me to take it off. She is 5. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We got this necklace for our 4 1/2 year old daughter who loves Frozen. She was thrilled to get this but for a few different reasons it fell short of expectations. If you can get past it only playing the one song, the main issues have to deal with comfort. Our daughter finds it too heavy, the beads are not comfortable on the neck and the music is too loud for her. I had to place a piece of tap over the speaker to mute it some.
