Disney Moana Microphone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a cute simple Moana microphone that is fun for young kids. My 5 year old likes it but she does wish it had more cool features on it but she liked the look the look and how it sounded. Unfortunately the package also came in damaged so it wasn’t in best condition.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she loved it, works pretty well

Good mic for the price has the mayor lines and songs. Makes a boop sound if put directly on lips but other than that my girl love singing and dancing to the Moana songs and sounds.

Simple toy that my younger kids absolutely love singing along to, nothing fancy really, a couple short songs 2 or 3 but it’s still a nice gift that the kids enjoy

I also believed the mic was in demo mode, since this was the case with our Frozen mic. So disappointed. My 3 year old doesn't seem to mind, but she also doesn't understand the value of a dollar.

I got this as a gift for an almost-3 year old who loves Moana. First, the obvious—it is not a real microphone, nor does it function as one in any way, even as a toy. It simply plays 2 phrases (“I am Moana” and “the ocean is a friend of mine.”) and the chorus of “how far I’ll go.” Given that that is all it does, it’s honestly overpriced for what it is. THAT SAID. It’s not all bad. The child I got it for LOVED it. She and her 5 yr old sister fought over who got to use it. And if you’ve ever heard how annoying the toy microphones that magnify your voice are, the fact that this one doesn’t do that is kind of a blessing in disguise. It’s good for pretending while singing along with the movie or music. If you want a functional microphone, for about $30 Target also has a Moana Sing-Along Boombox and Speaker with a microphone that has an “extended clip” of the same song, but also connects to your phone and lets you play other music through it for signing along. (This one does not.) So for a bit more, you get a lot more functionality. I ended up getting that as well as a birthday gift. Overall, I think that while it is probably a bit overpriced for what you get, it’s a good gift for a little one who loves Moana and doesn’t care that it’s not a real microphone. It’s fun for pretending and playing, and the sound quality is pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally I thought my daughter would be obsessed with this toy, but it turned more into my son loving it. It has catchy phrases and song parts that you can sing along with. Microphone does peak if there's too much volume going into it but it's a kids toy. Overall both my kids enjoy playing with it.

Disappointed in the short clip it plays. I assumed it was a demo but it isn’t and only plays a short clip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect gift for my five year old daughter who is just in love with all things Disney, especially the islands of Hawaii and the adorable Moana. She loves to sing all her favorite songs and it's a great toy to share with friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love these microphones. I do wish it had more variety in music, but it gets the job done and both my 4 year old and 19 month old love it. They love to sing with it and love the songs. We have a few of these from different characters and they are always a hit.

He loved this toy. It didn’t leave his hands for weeks. If your child loves Moana and microphones this is a good buy for them.

Plays just a short clip on a song. Not worth even a dollar

She has such a good time singing along with the pre-recorded song, it's just adorable. It's also really cool how the microphone lights up when the music plays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved the movie and the songs, this sing-along microphone was a great addition to his playtime routine. The speaker is good quality, it is loud enough to be heard easily and does not distort. It is also a well built quality toy.

I like that it has the song from the movie that you can sing along to but I do wish it played other songs from the movie.The music plays loud enough for your kids to hear the words clearly.They have a bottom button the is used for your kids to actually hear themselves singing along to the music. I wish you could record the kids singing on the microphone.

This microphone is perfect for a young child. He doesn't sing the whole song, but enough for a 2 year old! and how she enjoys it and the flashes of lights that she projects makes it last a long time watching them we are happy with this new toy

plays part of a song. you have to have a cord to connect it to an MP3 player, is not a microphone at all. it's useless and a waste of money. it's junk

Not a true microphone. It only plays one song and has two phrases.
