A: Hello - Thank you for reaching out! The Dog backpack harness has comes in three sizes- XS/S, M/L and XL. For size XS/S, the overall dimensions are 8.5 Inches (L), 5.5 Inches (W) and the minimum pet neck size is 18.5 Inches while maximum pet neck size is 22.5 Inches. For size M/L, the overall dimensions are 13.75 Inches (L), 6.75 Inches (W) and the minimum pet neck size is 21 Inches while maximum pet neck size is 24 Inches. For size XL, the overall dimensions are 17.75 Inches (L), 7 Inches (W) and the minimum pet neck size is 22 Inches while maximum pet neck size is 29 Inches. Same complaint as above. Ordered a XS/S and received a M. Submitted an exchange through the app and just got the shipping info today, Target changed my XS/S order to M and shipping me a medium again when my notes explicitly stated they shipped the wrong size the first time. quality and feel of the product is great, but what it the point if it doesn't fit

It would slide then it flops to one side no matter what you do, I tried both medium and large sizes. They both did the same thing. He’s wearing a medium in the picture.

Very cute but the sizes are a little misleading. I ordered xs s and the packaging is labeled as medium and fits like a medium. Otherwise no complaints!
