This shampoo resembles hand sanitizer. It does not smell like or resemble anything like a coconut shampoo. I have grown my hair long and kept it healthy until now. My hair feels like cotton and straw now. I've never had anything like this happen with a Dove shampoo. Very disappointed.

This shampoo caused my scalp to be itchy for several days after using it. I bought this for my husband and thought I’d try it as a clarifying shampoo but my scalp has been mildly itchy and tingly ever since. It’s not an unbearable sensation but definitely noticeable- Pureology also does this to me fyi. Def can’t recommend even though it did make my fine thin hair feel light and fluffy.

This shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel really greasy and not as healthy as I want it to be. Lotion is good but shampoo and conditioner get really liquify after awhile and lid sometimes hard to pop open
