Love the clear application
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of this reminds me of the cucumber scented deodorant from Dove’s advanced care line. But this is like the “clean girl” version of that scent, basically lighter. I personally like it. I love how this applies on the skin more clear vs the advanced care deodorant. Even if I vigorously do 5 swipes, it still manages to apply on the skin pretty much clearly. Great for when you’re wearing strapless things. The scent isn’t as in your face as the spray version of this product, but nothing reapplication can’t fix or pairing the deodorant with your favorite perfume. I personally like it a lot more than the original dove deodorant for the sole reason that this application goes on less pill-y. And if you prefer a stick version over sprays, I highly recommend trying this stick!!

Feeling Fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’m the type of person that tries many different types of deodorants and will don’t work for me. This one smells great however I feel like it didn’t work for me after using it for about two weeks. I did not get any skin irritation.

Other clinical brands are better
I was very excited to try this product, but I was disappointed. I don't think it was as effective as other gel clinical-strength deodorants I have used, and then something terrible happened to it in my bag. I don't know if it was heat, or being on its side, but it leaked a difficult to clean substance all over the bag. Love Dove, but this felt like a miss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Dove Clinical + Care Cool Essentials deodorant from Influenster and Dove in exchange for my honest review and opinion. I will start by saying that my under arm routine is slightly involved due to fluctuating hormones, etc. I often struggle to find deodorant that don’t make me smell worse. I can honestly say this is my new favorite deodorant and has replaced many of the prescription strength and fancy boutique deodorant that I have tried over the last year. Effectiveness: the deodorant keeps my under arms, dry, and moisturized all day Application: the deodorant stick slides very smoothly over my skin and leaves virtually no residue, only if I apply too much product Irritation: my under arms area never was irritated with this product. Value: very affordable product that is way cheaper than any prescription or fancy small brand deodorant that I have tried. Bonus that I can find it in almost any major retailer. Scent: this particular scent is in a lovely light, cucumber scented fragrance that is not too obnoxious but is pleasant.

I have sensitive skin and some deodorants bother me, but this did not. It went on smooth. Not sticky or messy. It’s best to apply this at night. My only complaint is when I started to sweat it made a stain on what I was wearing.

The application is incredibly smooth and it truly stays invisible on my clothes which is a huge plus. The Cool Essentials scent is fresh and crisp without being overpowering. It handles perspiration perfectly even during long days or workouts. I love that it contains moisturizers because my underarm skin feels soft rather than dry or itchy like other high performance brands often leave it.
