I take one whenever I know I am about to go out where I am not the driving and I have seen a difference. I do not feel car sick. You can taste the ginger in it plus the tropical fruit flavor. Feel like you are eating candy.

They are individually wrapped, so they are very easy to take with you. I went on vacation and got nauseous. I used one of these, and about ten minutes later, I was feeling ok. Every time I have to use these, it takes about five to ten minutes to work.

The taste isn't too bad at first, and you get a little bit of spice from the ginger while eating them. I like how these have Ashwagandha as they help ease some stress.
