Remove garments immediately after the dryer cycle, and your clothes are ready to wear. Use the scented wrinkle releaser spray to remove static and wrinkles and help keep clothes fresh between washes. A: Thank you for your questions! It sounds like you are inquiring about our New & Improved Dryel kit which no longer requires the use of a bag. We do not sell "starter" and "refill" kits any longer. You will be able to tell if you have the newest version of Dryel if the top of your box says "New and Improved". For best results, we recommend using without the bag. The cleaning formula is designed to release when clothes tumble freely to lift away stains and odors. It also allows for better wrinkle removal.

I am so disappointed. I used this product for years and loved it. I bought this " new and improved " version and it just awful. The sheets are covered with something soapy, they are thinner than the previous version, holes are small. I barely touched the sheet when put in a dryer and couldn't get the product from my hands after multiple washes with soap. My hands are covered with some film and smell like very cheap cologne hours after the encounter. I can only wonder what is left on the garments. Do not buy, it's a scam!

It’s misleading to call this a cleaner because the ingredients are all fragrances not soap, detergent or any other cleaner. It just “refreshes” your clothes by steaming fragrances into them. So they smell good but aren’t actually clean!

I used these on the 100% polyester dry clean only curtains in our home. I was worried about the complaints that the pads left spots, but I didn't have that problem. I followed the directions to the T and my curtains came out just fine. I will note that I didn't have to use the spot treater, I just wanted to get rid of the dog hair and freshen up the curtains before moving out. The sheets made my curtains smell nice, but it didn't do anything for the dog hair. I have a wiry haired black lab who likes to snuggle up between the window and curtains. I had to take a lint brush to the curtains after using Dryell. Overall, this works well to clean in between dry cleaning to keep items smelling nice and it costs much less, especially with so many dry cleaners around here not taking curtains and when they do it costs as much as the curtains.

Now that Woolite has apparently stopped making its dry cleaner sheets, I guess we're forced to buy this product. But the only people who can tolerate must have no sense of smell. Typically after using, you have to let your clothes hang outside for 5 or 6 days before the horrible scent is gone. I absolutely do not recommend this product except that it is now the only one on the market. So, please, manufacturers, let us have an unscented version.
