Q: How big is the bag? Will it hold a pair of 84" drapes?
A: The bag is 25" X 25". It might hold one drape at a time folded
submitted bychuck - 8 years agoA: The bag will hold 3-5 shirts, I do not think drapes that large would fit.
submitted byRoseTyler - 8 years agoA: This "starter kit" doesn't come with a bag. It is actually a refill kit NOT the starter kit.

Q: Can this be used on a vintage camel hair coat?
A: Hi there! We have never tested Dryel on that kind of material, so we would not recommend using it as it may be similar to fur which is not a recommended material to use this on. For any additional questions, please contact us at info@summitbrands.com

Q: Why are there no bags included with the starter kits anymore & why does the kit insist you don't use a bag? Are the bags being phased out? How is it safe to put your clothing in the dryer with no bag?
A: Thank you for your questions! It sounds like you are inquiring about our New & Improved Dryel kit which no longer requires the use of a bag. We do not sell "starter" and "refill" kits any longer. You will be able to tell if you have the newest version of Dryel if the top of your box says "New and Improved". For best results, we recommend using without the bag. The cleaning formula is designed to release when clothes tumble freely to lift away stains and odors. It also allows for better wrinkle removal.

A: Hello! There isn't any way to activate the Dryel Cleaning Cloths without putting them in the dryer. They are activated by the heat, so without the dryer, it will not work. For any additional questions, please email us at customercare@summitbrands.com
