This mat is big and it works great under litter boxes I have 4 cats and they like the soft feel to it and I have one under every litter box making cleaning for me easy.

I actually used this for a mat at my entryway. It was advertised as attracting dirt as well as kitty litter. I read a review that said they were going to use this at the entrance of their house so I thought I'd try it. I like it because it is low key, not apt to trip on it. So far it is working as I'd hoped.

I have two older, rescued cats who stay overnight in large dog crates. They each have their own crate with their own bed and litter box. The crates have plastic trays beneath them, but they are cold and hard. I bought the large cat litter mat for each of them. It doesn't quite cover the crate's floor, but their litter boxes sit on the uncovered part. It makes the floor more comfortable for them to lie on (when not in their beds). The 12-year- old Tuxedo (Ziva Da'vid) has thrown up on her mat several times and it was really easy to clean; the 14-year-old gray cat (Benjen) hasn't had any issues.
