Great-looking, sturdy. Has three small bump-ups in the bottom to rest a pot on. I drilled three small holes in the bottom for drainage since I'm using these outdoors. The Calypso color is beautiful and adds a nice look to my hanging baskets without being garish.
Drillable holes or support for a platter ?

I expected a smooth interior with a spot to drill a hole. There are pegs and side support for a platter but no platter. It was not mentioned in the discription therefore I have no qualms. But all those asperities will make repotting difficult later on. Adding the missing platter will reduce the dept...see moreof the reviewer's review

This bowl is just as described. However, there must be an extra flat, round piece that fits in the bottom to hold soil and provide drainage. The piece is missing or maybe you have to buy it separately? I will be returning the bowl.
