Software needs updating. Incompatibility problems with tapes that Dymo lists as compatible. Dymo customer service sends directions for Windows 7/8. Windows 10 has been out for a couple of years now. I'd look at another model from Dymo.see moreof the reviewer's review

We use this Dymo Duo printer at all of our company locations inside and outside of the US. We are very happy with the printer and have never had any issues with the unit or supplies.see moreof the reviewer's review

I use this product daily and I've never had a problem with it. I really like how simple it is to use and only went on this site to see how much they cost because I want to buy one for home. The labels are easy to peel; bend the label lengthwise as there is a split there already.see moreof the reviewer's review
