Great robot vac and mop
Been using a couple of months and have been quite pleased with the results so far. The proof is in the pudding as far as how much is collected in the emptying bin on the base station. We have a lot of obstacles sadly but the machine does a good job getting around them. The floor mop function works well too. Seems to find its way around after mapping too. No debris left behind either, very thorough. Really happy we purchased this machine

Fantastic mopping & vac. No good on shaggy rugs.
The Good: The mopping is the standout—5 stars for hard floors and bathrooms. The vacuuming is also top-tier, holding its own against the best. The app experience and mapping are seamless and highly intuitive. The Not-So-Good: It occasionally leaves small debris behind. The biggest drawback is its inability to handle long-pile rugs. Verdict: Excellent for hard floors, but it needs a height-adjustment feature to navigate small steps and plush carpets effectively.

Value for money
Great at vacuuming the tiled flooring . Washing feature is less efficient as it leaves soapy marks around dinning area, and the drying roller setting takes several hours and is noisy. Over all I’m pleased with my purchase.

Perfect clean every time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great robot vacuum that delivers perfect vacuum and great mopping. I used it daily and have tested the cleanliness after by using the green light on handheld vacuum and it shows perfectly clean floor. The most impressive feature is the rolling mop which slides sideways to clean up to the wall as the round shape usually doesn’t allow full contact with the wall. I have attached photos showing the work underneath the stairs. It picks up the suction on carpet automatically which is great. Only downside is that is bit taller than my previous robot vacuum and gets stuck and can’t fully go under the sofas. But the clean floor and efficient cleaning is more that enough to give it 5 stars and compensate for any downside. I also love the option to select mopping of an area to be repeated more than once.

Fantastic product
I have used this for about three weeks, it’s a game changer. The amount of grime it has got of our hard floors is amazing. The vacuum also has good suction, great results. Wish I would have invested sooner

Small dustbin that doesn’t empty until the end.
Vacuum mostly works really well, good amount of suction, mapping was easy and it navigates around my house well. My only issue is that my house is mostly carpet and we have a Labrador inside, so Lots of dog hair, and the dustbin will fill up quickly, but it won’t empty the dustbin until the entire job is completed, meaning I have to set it to vacuum my house one room at a time rather than just set it to clean the entire house at once. I even set all the carpeted rooms as ‘vacuum and mop’ and for it to return to the docking station every 15 minutes to ‘clean the wet roller or empty the bin’ and it will only clean the wet roller (that wasn’t used) but the bin remains full. And if it’s only set to vacuum, it won’t return to the docking station at all until the full job is completed. I thought my vacuum was faulty, but it’s actually, in my opinion, a pretty big design flaw.

Software lets brilliant product down
I would give the product 5 stars, were it not for poor software. I think therefore I have been over generous with a 4 mark , I should really give it 3. Cleaning instructions are not remembered for rooms Long building are hard to select / de select on graphics page. Unit orientation is 90 degrees from forwards when cleaning some rooms. Use of colour is disappointing. Map joining is an act of wizardry Not enough repetition options on menu, some rooms like tight toilets benefit from user defined repetitions. Many more irritating shortcomings I would not expect to see from a class company like Dison Poor show.. The actual cleaner / Robot is fantastic does a really great job , well done for that.

Very good
Very happy with this product, it goes beyond what I thought it would do. The only issue is the hoover brushes at the front have started to fail and struggle on carpet. Doesn’t sound great when on carpet and only after a few weeks use looks like they won’t last very long.

Great - once you get to grips with it.
We've had our latest Dyson product for a few weeks now. It took a while to get it fully installed and find our wifi network etc, and despite us being tech savvy, we needed the assistance of the support line to link up. Once connected and linked to the App, it's fairly easy to use. Some of the features/options are hidden off the main screen so the menus could do with a rethink. Have you considered a web based version of the App for greater control? The room mapping was simple and then we began to learn about all the features and customisation. Having different spaces with hard/soft flooring, rugs etc. makes cleaning a challenge but it manages it well. The spot cleaning seems to work well. Running different combinations of vacuuming/washing for current rooms is a key feature. We will need to experiment further to optimise the cleaning as it's not quite there yet. I'm sure it will improve as we try other options. Cleaning the multiple rooms takes time, with multiple return trips to empty, refill and clean itself, cheerily announcing its intentions as it goes. It's a bit noisy around the base station but we're used to a robot vacuum and it's normally in action while we're out. It seems very manoeuvrable and unlike many other cleaners, senses and avoids surfaces, rather than bumping into them. So it's early days yet, and we will undoubtedly learn how to get the most out of it. The software will also evolve and become more compatible. So 4/5 for now but with the potential to achieve 5 stars in future.

From Setup to operation, there was no first time success. I’m coming in from the Roborock vacuum, maybe I am spoiled how that functions. I waited a long time for this disappointed with the product.

Overall very happy with the product. Works really well on tiles. Squeaky clean after wash mode. Vacuum on carpet not so great if you have hairy pets. We have a german shepherd and the vacuum is struggling to empty the bin. Tried all the settings in self cleaning interval and manual dock control. Need to physically remove filter from vacuum to clear blockage.

Not worth the Investment- Returned
Unfortunately I had to return this item because its performance did not match the price point. The suction was not sufficient and the track marks left on the carpet were awful. The mop didn’t actually clean nor did the extendable mop do the edges of the room. The timer function must have been linked to a different time zone even though it was set to UK time as it would go off at random times and the help line was less than helpful, just regurgitating the user manual.

Great machine.
We have only had the machine a couple of weeks and are very pleased with the results it gives both in washing and hoovering. We had problems 'mapping a couple of times when the machine would not go back into the dock but that seems to have resolved itself. We found it very difficult to understand the people on the help line when we called for advice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Dyson Ai Robot spot and scrub as part of a promotion. The technology itself is impressive. But it is not flawless. The machine maps the house intuitively well. It is fully self-automated so the option to intervene is perhaps where this machine falls short in my opinion. No manual steering or path correcting. The height of the camera can sometimes confuse the machine with its surrounds and it is forever getting stuck under the kitchen cupboard boards and lost under beds without being able to get out again without physically retrieving the machine which can be a nuisance when it goes flat. The app itself is well thought out. Cleaning can be set to specified areas of the house and can be selected to vacuum, mop or both accordingly. During a clean the only options are to skip forward over a room, or go home if the robot is not performing tasks as it should. The cleaning performance is 3/5. It makes cleaning under beds and maintenance vacuuming easier, but don't throw away your stick or barrel vacuum. The Spot and Scrub doesn't have the best suction power, misses debris and things in the middle of the floors as well as not being able getting into corners. It doesn't come with any pre biotic cleaning solution in the box so this is an add-on purchase to enhance the performance of cleaning. It self empties. Returns to dock at the end of clean if it still has charge. And cleans averagely well. Overall it's impressive technology and a cool gadget but I would not rush out to buy another one.

Amazing for navigation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Dyson AI robot vacuum a month ago and it has made keeping my floor clean on a daily basis so much easier. Having dogs and a toddler there is always dirt on the floors and the Dyson is able to navigate around toys without me having to pick everything up.

I love this machine, much better than a previous robot we had. Washes floor really well too. My only suggestion is that you need change maps if you break up your house into two (upstairs/downstairs) and also move 'home'into the second map which is a pain. Also, you can only programme one time per day whereas it would be great if you could programme a few things a day.

Alright!
Setup, mapping and use was straightforward. It’s still early days but it was stuck a few times under table, streaky with the mop. Will need to try a bit longer.
