A: Hello Georgia, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. This unit would not dehumidify your air. A: Hi Sher, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP01 is just a purifier fan, so there is no mist that the machine would put out. Best Wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Both Dyson TP01 and TP02 will effectively cool and purify your room air in the same exact manner. The only difference between the two machines is that the TP01 is non-connected, and the TP02 is - meaning, you can connect the TP02 via WiFi to the Dyson Link App, which is another way to monitor air quality and control the machine.
