I would like to find the Fluffy Optic cleaner head for the Dyson V11 I just bought. Tried multiple times to reach Dyson and the chat response says they don’t understand what my question is. Please help. The machine is great

This thing sucks!!
WOW, this thing sucks!! Boost mode is great for getting dog hair out of rugs. On boost mode, the battery doesn’t last that long, but it’s worth it.

Hate the the trigger switch.
Would receive 4.5 stars except for the fact the trigger button that must be pressed to keep the vacuum running. This causes hand fatigue and Dyson does not have a solution for it.

Does a great job
Works great! Just a little top heavy and it does not stand up without being held. Also would like a light but besides that I am loving it. Battery also does not last very long but that's not a huge issue for me.

It cleans wood floors and carpet very well.

Its better than using a traditional vacuum.
We've had it for about 3/4 weeks now, and so far, so good. The head swivels a bit too much but that's just a minor irritant. But, if it hadn't been on sale, I probably wouldn't have bought it. Too expensive.

Great dyson vacuum.
I use this everyday, especially for cat litter in carpet. It is easy to use and pick up and move. I am trying to use some of the attachments.

Great but heavy
I had a smaller Dyson years ago but it eventually “died”. I decided to upgrade to the Dyson V11 and while it is really powerful, at 78 yrs of age (me that is) I find it just a bit on the heavy side - good excuse for hubby to do it instead!

Great to just take it off the wall and use.
Been working fine so far. Very handy to take out, hoover, empty and it's away again. Still use the main hoover now and again. But the new dyson stick hoover gets used so much more. Only issue was the rawl plugs for attaching the wall mount. Both snapped 1st time putting in the screw..

Excellent Ergonomics
I struggle with scoliosis. I was at my wits end trying to deal with my current vacuum. I absolutely love this cordless, weightless unit. The suction is great. I can now vacuum my house without back issues. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Excellent Product!
I received my new Dyson about 1 week ago. It was to replace my older model Dyson. I absolutely love this new model. It has such a great range for cleaning. The suction is also soooo much better. I love how easy it is to dump & clean, too. The run time in the battery is great! It is a bit heavier than my old model but I suppose that I`ll get used to it in time.

I didn’t want an Dyson, but the reviews were brilliant and it is excellent. I’ve always had issues with attachments on previous Dyson, but they don’t apply here. I have 2 Maine Coons and it has no problem removing their abundant fur loss. I have only 2 minor issues, that are likely specific to me: The on/off switch isn’t a rocker and has to be held all the time. I have problems with grip so it can hurt. The dust box, by its very nature is quite small. It picks up so well that I have to empty it frequently!
