The bristles on one of the brushes (angled foundation) completely disintegrated within a few months of purchasing

I bought this set because it has a good amount of brushes for the price. The brushes are nor horrible, it's very soft and it feels comfortable on my face, but I wish they were just a little bit more firm because depending on the product I'm applying, the brushes don't spread it very well.

This was perfect for me to purchase, I needed a lot of brushes for a production I was in. These are great quality and pack the perfect amount of makeup for my needs. The amount of brushes in this case is perfect. They're also very soft and feel great on the face.

I love the packaging, i love every small detail of this brush set like small pamphlet giving descriptions of every brush how to use them.

A lot of these reviews are quite wishy washy and I wasn't sure on whether I should buy. I ended up buying them and wow, honestly these are a good buy. Sleek and proffessional design, great quality brushes and super soft! The print is a little faded on one brush but these are amazing! Good selection of brushes and the case they come in is so nice! All in all I would really suggest you pick these up.

I've purchased ELF products before and have been satisfied in the past, which is why I decided to buy a new set of brushes. I previously owned this exact set and found them to be of good quality. My most recent purchase, however, has led to disappointment. The brush hairs are falling out and pull right out with great ease. It leaves a mess and leaves hairs on my face (resembling long dog hairs). I've only owned this product for about a month and realized the problem immediately. Maybe it's a defect, but I don't think I'll be buying this product again based on this experience.

I got these so long ago I dont even remember how long lol, probably just under a year ago. they have lasted me SO long and I use them pretty much everyday. elf brushes have always been great quality to me and these are no exception! my only complant is the powder brush, which i find is really good for foundation because its so dense. after a little while, the handle started coming apart!!! the peice that holds the bristles and handle together got loose from the handle and was very wiggly and made it hard to work with. I used masking tape to keep it place and havent had any other issues since. also the case that they come in is amazing! it has space for more brushes so youre collection can keep on growing! it also is thin and sleek so you can toss it in a backpack and not worry about them. the fabric is also really easy to clean with a makeup wipe or micellar water on a cotton pad. great set for a great value.

I bought this last summer on a whim, because I couldn't wait for the AOA brushes I ordered online to come. The bristles don't feel the way they look, they're stringy and FEEL synthetic. I have a set of AOA brushes that are synthetic, but they feel AMAZING, and are so soft--these are garbage in comparision, and 3 times the price. These brushes make the product disappear, especially the highlighter brush with the ELF highligher--gone. Don't waste your money on these.

I love these brushes! They are work just as well as my more expensive brushes, and the case makes it so easy to travel with. I really can get a full face with this collection, so I can throw it in my bag and go.

Please sell the brush case as a separate purchase. It holds my brushes nicely.

Horrible ... it came damaged. Quality is bad and hurts my skin. Trying to get help from Target to return item.

I bought this because it was advertised as an 11 piece brush set with a bag. There was no bag!

Absolutely love this brush set! The brissels are soft, no shedding, and great packinging. The case is so convienient and very nice for someone who needs portable makeup/ carries their makeup around lots. If you’re just starting out with makeup, this would be a great affordable first brush set to try out! The only thing I will say, is that the quality of the fan brush was quite poor compared to the others, which was disappointing to me because that was what I was most excited for about these brushes. Aside from that, I would repurchase this set in a heartbeat!

I've had these over a month now without any issues. There are a lot of brushes to help with different looks and some brushes that can do double duty as both bronzer, powder and/or blush application. The brush holder is great for travel too.

so ill start by saying that ive never owned a makeup brush yet and wouldnt know what to compare this to. i have only owned a foundation brush that ive used for everything. with that said...i havent really used the whole yet. ive only used the angle brush and blush brush. i do like the angle brush for contouring and feel like it works nicely. however, i feel like i should have a fuller brush but for what it is...its fine. i wasnt really a fan of the blush brush bc i feel like i needed to go into my blush too often. i do have dark skin and would prefer a brush that can brag the blush and apply flawlessly. i didnt get that with this brush and discontinued using it. overall, i think its a great set and as i continue to explore makeup im sure my thoughts and opinions will refine. i assume its a great starter kit in general.
