I liked how this mascara looked when it was actually on my eyelashes, but it doesn't stay there for long. It starts smudging and flaking horribly very soon after application. Absolutely horrible. After I curled my lashes I went in with the mascara. They fell immediately. Didn’t hold at all and zero volume. Unless you have extremely short and thin lashes then I could see it working. Other than that I do not recommend.

It's defining and lengthening exactly as promised, and doesn't clump. It wears well, it doesn't feel heavy or stiff, and it doesn't smudge at all, even through workouts. The applicator is great too.

Don't get me wrong, I love elf products and shop them almost exclusively when buying makeup... but this isn't it. I was super tired while I was out today so when I yawned my eyes watered and I went to rub them. After two seconds I realized my mistake and wound up looking like I smeared grease all over my eyes. Most of ELF's other mascaras clump a little when rubbed but this one just smeared everywhere. No diss on ELF, just grab one of their other mascaras.
