I found the recipes great (you don't have to use the brand of items the author lists). Recipes are easy for me to break down as making for one. Carrots are allowed on KETO, just in limited amounts as they are a starchy veggie. Good variety of menu ideas.

This is not true Keto...yes it will help you to eat healthy but some of the ingredients it asks you to use are not true keto...for example...right on the cover is CARROTS! You can't have carrots on keto. Title is misleading.
