Ecoco Style Professional Styling Gel - 16 fl oz

I have 4c hair, very tight curls. More like 4z. Anywho, I was able to slick my hair into a bun using minimal gel and my hair holds with very little flyways. I did stretch my hair with a quick blow dry, which helped with getting it to lay. I also recommend the OGX Protecting and Silk Blowout Quick Drying Thermal Spray. No heat other than the blow dryer and my bun has been two days strong. Minimal waving up. The gel is so pretty and glittery and it smells lovely. I recommend to anyone. It doesn’t flake!

Good hold, not sticky.

I haven’t used it yet but thus item was already opened when I received it through pick up. It had a seal and you can tell it was already opened before.

This gel is awesome! Holds well and doesn’t flake.

I loved the fact it leaves no white flakes. Hair is moisturized with a soft hold. Perfect for my 3c low porosity, shoulder length hair. I did a twist out and sat under a hooded drier. Scent was not loud. I wasn’t a gel person until now. I’m in love. If you’re looking for a solid hold this isn’t the gel. A soft twist out definitely with definition.

Love the soft smell and the effectiveness

This gel smells really good but for my thick and long type 4 b/c hair it has no hold. The Argan and Olive oil have a wayyyyy better hold. I’m in the military so a sleek bun is a must and this isn’t it.

I decided to try the product after hearing people say good things about it. I had a good experience with the product. It lasted for a about a month and a half. It’s very moisturizing to my 4a hair and is good for good for styling.

My son has hair similar to 4c hair and it works without even putting water in it. Nice hold and shine that lasts all daym will be ordering more. Not understanding why it's so expensive compared to their other eco gels though.

I love this gel...wish it were available in smaller sizes

This smells so amazing, and it holds hair great. That’s all i have to say about it. Although just don’t get the olive oil eco gel unless you don’t care about smell, the olive oil one doesn’t smell nearly as nice as the gold one

Good for moisture (4C)

Bought this for my grandma. She absolutely loves it. It’s the only gel that flatters her curl pattern. My grandma is an elderly Hispanic woman, whose hair grows out straight/ a little wavy, until it gets to be about 3-4 inches long. At that point it begins to curl up a little. She loves this gel! She’s also a cancer survivor and is trying to grow her hair back. This gel is giving her the nutrients her hair needs while providing her with a soft style. She says it doesn’t make her hair sticky and makes it softer and smoother. She loves it!

I have 4A/4b hair type. There was so much shrinkage in my wash and go and virtually no hold. I was very sticky and greasy, I am assuming it has a lot of glycerin. maybe will try it on a twist out because it doesnt get hard but maybe not because of the stickiness.

I have type 3B/C hair. I used this for a wash and go. Just as a side note, the jar says it's 10 hold, but it definitely is not. This gel has a lot of moisture. I guess this is good because it does not dry out the hair. But maybe the max moisture leads to lack of all day hold. I did my hair in the morning and my hair started losing hold and getting frizzy by 7 PM. Also, I had to use about a quarter of the jar to get definition that didn't last all day, let alone the next. So, I guess if don't want an all day hold or second day hair - it could work. I didn't know what to expect so I am not exactly disappointed, but I also will not rebuy this product. I gave it an extra for the moisture, which is fantastic.
