EcoTank ET-4800 All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer, Scanner, Copier - White

A: I just bought this a few days ago because my other printers ink was becoming hard to find and then became discontinued :-(. I have heard good things about the eco tank and decided to give it a try. It was delivered quickly and set up was easy with the app. It comes with a disc to finish setup on the desktop. The setup process took maybe a total of 30 min and 11 min of that was the ink having to charge after filling the ports. It does have the ability to fax, scan, copy and print. I have not used the fax feature. When you print, the paper must be lined up correctly or it will jam. I have printed 90 sheets of paper with only 2 jams occurring when I first started. The overall print quality is good. The con is the printer is a little noisy but not noisy enough to return.

A: 17 or the 20 5-star review received the printer for free, but if you check out the 1-3 star reviews, you'll find plenty of paying customers who are disappointed in features it surprisingly lacks

A: I have not heard anything about this printer specifically, but my friend bought an Epson EcoTank a couple years ago and raves about it.

A: The tanks are empty. Be aware that if you use sublimation inks, it will void the warranty.

A: I DID USE SUBLIMATION INK IN THIS PRINTER, HOWEVER I DID NOT USE THE PRINTER FOR 3 MONTHS AND IT STOP PRINTING. POWER CLEANING WON'T FIX IT. $199. WASTED. DO NOT GET FOR SUBLIMATION.

A: Dear Kevin at the Epsom Team. 27 lb is not cardstock and never will be. It is everyday thin printer paper. A printer at this price should be able to handle at least 67 lb card stock.

A: I didn't realize I had cardstock mixed in with copy paper and it printed on it just fine
