BOUGHT THIS TV ON THANKSGIVING 2022. AFTER INSTALLATION LATE DECEMBER 2022 ON MY ROOM, HAS BEEN LOGIN ME OUT OF NETFLIX, AND BY MARCH 2023 DEVELOPED AN INTERMITTENT SOUND DISTORTION WHILE WATCHING LOCAL CHANNELS, THAT DISTORTION GOES AWAY IF I CHANGE THE CHANNEL. RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE A WHILE AGO SUGGESTING TO RESET THE TV AND MY ROUTER/MODEM, BUT DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE A VIZIO AND LG TV's AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE, IT'S NOT THE ROUTER/MODEM.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. WISH I HADN'T BOUGHT THIS TV.

I can no longer play Netflix. I have checked the system update & the advanced updates and I the message says my tv is up to date. I have removed the app & then have reloaded & it doesn’t work. I go to play a series on Netflix and Netflix closes and I’m back to the Home Screen. Also, if I play a movie on a DVD player, you can’t hear the volume. I have to turn the volume up to 90 and it’s not loud at all.

The picture and sound on the TV are excellent. The Roku remote is cumbersome when viewing broadcast channels. The old style remotes were faster and easier to use.

Problems with TV sound leaves. Have to shut off and turn back on to get sound again. Called company numerous times tried everything they suggested. They will not stand behind it. It has been this way since newly purchased.

The replacement Element 43" operates as it should, except the sound will stop functioning about once per day. I turn the TV off and turn it back on and the sound functions again. Quite annoying when watching a sports event. This is one of the issues that I had with the first Element 43" I purchased. Wish there was a way to stop the uncontrolled sound shut offs. Other that this one issue, it has great picture quality.

Won’t stay connected to network upon initial setup. Eventually stopped connecting completely after only 2 months of use. Used factory reset and spent hours with Roku customer service with no results. Fortunately, this happened within the return window so I was able to get full credit for the purchase price at Target.

Great quality picture. Very lightweight. Has VGA and several HDMI inputs, so can be used to display picture from various devices. Can cast from YouTube app on phone to this TV. Can connect to a Netflix account and watch movies. Can see lots of TV programming with no monthly fee. Great value all around.
