Volume is poor....drastically different from #11 to #12....can't hear very well at #11 and too loud at #12

The picture and sound is very good but I was disappointed with the memory. I didn’t realize when I purchased that I was going to have to purchase extra memory to stream my cable channels my previous TV was already setup to add apps as I used such as Amazon Prime and HBO etc. until I purchase the additional memory I am limited to what I can watch
The colors of the product is great and also lightweight. Easy to operate, but there was a problem with the screws when you assemble the stands. The screws are to big and they don't fit. So I had to get other screws that would fit. But everything else was okay.
After setting up the TV, Youtube and Pandora apps didn't work. Called Element customers service, clueless, they asked me to do a hard reset for a brand new TV to clue cookies. I did, tried again and still didn't work. I was asked to call back after 24 hrs to see if the issue reset itself or not. Put the TV back in the box and return it tp the store and picked a TCL.

It shut off by it self . so every time you turn it on it take a few minutes and shut off. Not good at all.

I was convinced to buy this TV after the one I wanted was sold out. Shame on me for not looking into it more. This tv is mediocre at best. The picture quality is fuzzy and it isn't very "smart": you can only use the preloaded apps (Netflix, Vudu, Pandora, and YouTube) and there is no app store to supplement. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied and I will be returning it shortly.
