I brought this Tv and it is the worst. Last month when I came home from work I turned on my TV and noticed it had a line going through like the tv was cracked or something. Physically looking at the TV it looks brand new with no damage. I live alone so I'm confused. My TV is facing a window so maybe an act of nature had something to do with it. I outreached to customer service due to tv having a warranty because I purchased my TV a couple of months ago and I was told my warranty is no longer good because it doesn't cover physical damage even though it was not anything that I've done. My TV still has the plastic on it that's how good I keep my property. I had to go out and buy a new TV which I brought a Samsung and I was told that if something like that was to happen to the new TV and it's under warranty it will be replaced. That is what I call great business. This was a learning experience for me.

Worst tv ever

I purchased this TV in November of 2017 on Black Friday as a early Christmas gift for my grandmother. Last month August 2019 the tv stopped working. The element sign would blink on and the screen would go blank, we can still hear the tv. I’ve called element but they were no help. I completely wasted my money and don’t ever wish to purchase another element tv.

To go off of what Katie said regarding the TV not working after a year and a half, this exact thing happened to our tv! Purchased during the black friday sale 2017, just this week August 2019, the tv turned black but we can still hear the sound. Called Element, the fix suggested by the rep worked for a while and now it has gone back to black. Tried to unplug and hold power button down for 45 seconds, but it didn't help. Flickers the Element logo for a second and turns off. DO NOT BUY THIS TV!

Dont buy this TV

The tv only comes with 6 apps and you can't download anymore. Plus you cant connect the tv to Alexa, alexa dot. Dont buy this TV.

Buyer beware!

Do not buy! (Or at least get an extended warranty for this piece of junk). We purchased this TV during a black Friday sale in November 2017. This is just a TV we use in our kids' playroom for games, so it's not a set that gets used all the time. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working yesterday (July 2019), for no apparent reason. I called customer service who had me try a few trouble shooting methods (basically unplug the set and hold the power button for 30 sec and then try another outlet), which did not help. They said it was a defective TV, but since they it is outside the 1 year warranty period, there was nothing else they could do for us. A TV should not stop working after 18 months, especially one with intermittent use. I will not buy another TV from this company.
