Q: Is this vacuum sealed so it won't spill when turned upside down?

A: Greeting from Ello! The Beacon lid does have a seal to reduce spills but it is not completely spill proof. It is not recommended that the Beacon be turned upside down.

Q: I removed the slide on the cover to clean it, now the slide on the lid does not close when opened. What parts can be cleaned seperately on the lid?

A: Hello from Ello! Thank you for your question. The slide should not be taken off for our Beacon lid. This should be cleaned all as one, the straw is the only thing that should be cleaned separately. If you cannot get it back working. Please email support@elloproducts.com

Q: Can I pour very hot water inside? I don't worry about the tumbler itself but I'm not sure if the straw can endure the high temperature.

A: Greetings from Ello! The straw can withhold high liquid temperatures but we do not recommend drinking hot liquids from the straw due to the increased chance of burns.

I love this cup so much for its price but just like any other tumblrs, it spills very easily! One swift movement and water is all over my bed. I don’t know how this can really be fixed other than adding a stopper to the lid but other than that I love using this!

This tumbler is fantastic. My GF bought a couple a few weeks ago and we used them a few times. The ice legitimately stays for 24 hours, it’s almost kind of ridiculous. Lid stays on just fight, and one tip over and nothing came out when it was closed. We loved them so much we picked up two more yesterday.

The straws are not great quality and 2 already broke. If I would have known they dont carry replacemts straws for their 32oz tumbler, I would have not purchased them. Expensive tumbler.

very poor quality. the lid comes off just from looking at it. like if you get distracted and try to grab this from fhe top it will open easily. the gasket does not create any kind of secure attachment. and the whole thing leaks at the slightest movement. not even asking for a lot. just keeping this on my desk and wanting to be being able to lightly shake my coffee as the ice melts which is totally normal useage. the cap that covers the drinking hole is a complete joke, it doesn't even cover the whole hole and it doesn't even remotely lock in place. it does nothing. liquid comes out with a mere shake. the straw is super cheap too. don't buy this.

Love the color (gray) and really only picked up because it was on sale. Lid comes off too easy and isn’t spill resistant even with the lip part closed. Only using this at home so shouldn’t be a problem, but I wouldn’t doubt it’d spill if I took it on the go.
