[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i wouldn’t say i recommend this product but i also wouldn’t say i don’t recommend it. unlike the gummies, if used consistently, this product has helped me with stress relief. the only dislikes i have about this product is that it is a fizzy drink mix, each packet is only supposed to be mixed with 4-6 oz of water, and their is only 18 days worth in one package. the taste itself i can not get past. i believe if it wasn’t a fizzy drink it could be more bearable.

I thought the drink would have a medicinal taste but, it actually tastes like a blueberry smoothie. This drink reduces stress and provides immune support. If you want a stronger taste use a smaller cup, rather than using a large glass.

I am very into non alcoholic drinks and it was so easy to add this to my daily routine, making it feel like a mocktail with ice and added bubbly water. I find that vitamin supplements taken as a liquid, mixed with a liquid or in gummy form don’t cause nausea the way a vitamin pill does.

I heard of the benefits of ashawagandha and we need that stress relief in our daily lives also the immune boost that Emergen-C gives. Ashwaganda is healthy to include in your diet, however, this is just a sugary drink mix, disguised as a healthy addition to your diet. It’s mostly sugar and has natural flavors. It’s not something I would choose for it’s health benefits. That said, if you just like the idea of it as being a more health forward type of sugary drink, then it may be the sort of product that is for you. The drink is not the best tasting either, in my opinion. I just think they should market it as a drink mix, that has vitamin C added. Transparency is always appreciated with consumers, and I’m one who reduces my sugar consumption, so I would say it’s a pass for same.
