I take this Monday thru Friday when I go to the gym. It replaces what I expend during my workout. First heard of it when the Stalone movies came out and how he used it when doing such treacherous things. This was verified and I feel great knowing I'm drinking this! The powder mixes quite easily in water.

The Emergen-C tangerine flavored dietary supplement is a good choice for anyone looking for a drinkable vitamin C supplement. The flavor is easily adjusted by diluting the packet in more water. I often drink one packet in about 12 ounces of cold water or a coffee mug of hot water. The powder needs to be lightly stirred for best results or clumping occurs. The tangerine flavor is by far my favorite. The tart citrus zing helps mask the flavor of the powder. If you have a sensitive nose while eating, be aware that this supplement has a faint odor. The box with 30 packets seems to last for an entire cold season. I drink a glass a day when I notice my co-workers getting sick. Each packet has 1,000mg of vitamin C which is double that of the gummies. These are my favorite way of consuming vitamin C supplements.

The taste is very good. My kids had it too. They felt a little sore throat when they woke up for school. At the end of the school day, they felt better. My husband had sore throat and cough. He took it and felt better in two days. Great item to keep at home.

The Emergen-C tangerine dietary supplement seems to work as well as most dietary supplements, and has a tasty flavor. The mix dissolved nicely. The only issue I had was the product bills itself as a "fizzy drink". However, the fizziness was fairly lackluster. Otherwise, great product!
