[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an area affected by wildfires frequently and unfortunately the Smokey smell seeps into our house. This purifier has been a life saver! Initially we used it on our desk in our office and it worked great. However we moved it into our living room during the peak of the fires and within 30 minutes our headaches from the smoke smell would be gone. You can just feel a difference in the air that you breathe when this is running, it truly is a work horse!

However, I have trouble figuring out if it is even on! The first night we used it, we had cleaned our carpets and it had an odd smell, we plugged this in and it immediately made a difference! If you are looking for a good desktop sized purifier, this is a great option!

I have it in my home office which sits on the backside of the house. When the dun hits through the windows in the afternoon I used to see the dust particles floating around but not anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a small air purifier for my home office, and this is exactly what I was looking for. It is small and doesn't take up much space. I will say I wish it was slightly smaller. It is a tad bigger than most desktop fans, but it's a good air purifier so I'll overlook that. It is simple to use right out of the box. It has a power button and a button to cycle between high and low. It also has an indicator to tell you when to change the filter and it is very easy to do that as well. There are not a lot of bells and whistles to this unit and that is exactly what I wanted. Something simple that would sit on my desk and just work. The sound on the low setting is very quiet. It's not entirely silent, but it's quiet enough that I tune it out most of the time. The sound on the high setting is comparable to a small fan. It's not obnoxious, but you aren't going to forget it's running. I wouldn't imagine most people running it on high for extended periods of time. Overall, it's a great, simple, desktop air purifier.

The over all function is extremely quiet, performing nicely in my ideal requirements. Design wise, it’s a fascinating piece of construction, which I’m a certain the designer had fun developing. I strongly recommend this unit for use and would purchase again if need be.

It's very small but mighty in cleaning the air of outside smoke from people's fireplaces and other smells that invade my home. It has a quality HEPA filter that only needs changed once in a while. I find this device to work just as they claim it does.

Attractive and rather compact design, especially considering what a little workhorse it is. Fits into one's environment much more naturally than most as well. It also sounds nice and soft on the low setting and, still pleasant on the high setting, doubles as an excellent white noise machine! Extra points for the easy to remove and clean filter.

It is powerful but not noisy like other purifiers I have used in the past. It has great features such as the HEPA filter that can be cleaned, the UV light, and the ion booster that helps remove irritants from the air. I love that it helps remove .1 micron particles from the air such as pollen, dust, smoke and pet dander. I highly recommend this affordable and powerful Therapure air purifier.
