A: Epsom salt is Epsom salt…as long as it has no other ingredients than magnesium sulfate, it is fine for your plants.

Not sure why you would need 128 ounce bag to drink a teaspoon a day. There is no indication on this bag that this is safe to use in a bath or what the recommended dosage is. This is likely the reason many people want this product. What a waste.
