A: I've not had that issue and I'm wearing moisturizer plus sunscreen under my eyes. I don't think you'll have any issues with this. I would suggest keeping a lash comb near by as it can go on clumpy a bit. Overall, really good for a budget mascara!

Q: my mascara came completely unsealed - no plastic wrapper. I have never seen mascaras to be sold this way- this seems entirely unhygenic. Is this hwo it was meant to be sold?

A: Hi GTO Mama! We would recommend trying a micellar water. Apply it first to a cotton pad or round, and then use to remove the mascara. They are typically very gentle and work well. hope this helps!

A: this one is not waterproof but we do have a waterproof version. the waterproof version has blue accents on the packaging instead of the green accents on this one and should say waterproof at the end of the product title. hope that helps!

worst mascara ever. it's so messy leaving black dry flakes of mascara around my face and in my makeup bag. it alaways causes a problem when doing my makeup. the flakes are also hard to remove so i usually have to take all the makeup off around the flake. DO NOT BUY

The brush head of this mascara starts off as smaller at the tip and then gets slightly wider at the end, I feel like the design of that really helped reach each lash hair. I used the tip of the brush for the inner corners and the wider part for the rest of my lashes. It gave no clump and lasted on me all day!

Was on the search for new makeup after developing an acrylate allergy, and this was an absolutely STELLAR find! It separates the lashes so cleanly, no flaking, no clumping, buildable... I even showered with it on and it didn't come off until I washed my face with a cloth and soap, so that's promising for quick runs through rain- it will smudge if rubbed, but it is not a waterproof mascara, something to note! I also have very flat lashes, and this springs them right up and gives so much length! As someone used to dramatic falsies, it's a mind blowing mascara, though it's not as dramatic as my false lashes. It could work for toned down looks too, this is the "choose your own adventure" of mascaras. And no adverse reactions at such a great price! This is the best mascara I have ever used, hands down.

I was very pleased with this item when I found it -- good price, not clumpy, lasts a long time. I ordered a few to stock up, and when I opened the second one (never opened before), it was bone dry. Nothing at all to use. I tried the other one I'd purchased (also never opened), same. Yes, I had kept them here for a couple of months, but surely they are spending at least this much time in transit and on store shelves. The return period had expired, of course, so lesson learned -- do NOT stock up on this product.
