Q: Why are the pictures not matching up with the essie nail colors? For example, "Clothing Optional" is supposed to be a rosey color but it shows up as gray. Want to make sure I'm ordering what I need.

A: Hey! Ive had my ballet slippers shade for about 6 months and its just now starting to get sticky. Ive probably done about 15 manis AND pedis because I always keep my toes and nails matching. Now I’m searching for another bottle/color so it will be fresh! hope this helps:)

The color itself is phenomenal, but the formula desperately needs improvement. Because it is so sheer you must use at least two coats to get it anywhere close to even, but the cure time (even for the first coat) is so long that you're bound to mess the job up anyway. Even after 4 hours it is not fully cured and I'm still getting new dents and dings everywhere.

All of our colors should flow easily onto the nail and by the second coat your color should be perfect. Even with a base coat, 2 coats of color and a top coat, your mani should not take longer than 15 minutes to become well set and dried. I have maybe 20 different essie colors, this one is different than all the others. It starts to dry so quickly that it is difficult to work with. The leveling of the polish is terrible. The color is a bold blue, that i find flattering. Unfortunately it also smells far worse than any other polish. Huge disappointment. I Wish I could return this polish.

Color: You Do Blue (766) My title says it all. The color is beautiful and has become one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I can't get even one full day out of it without having to do touch-ups and it starts peeling off completely within a few days. This is not my usual experience with nail polish.

I am obsessed with this vibrant, blue color. These are my nails after taking out my retainer, typing all day, and a gym session.
