Eustachi indeed helps reset inner-ear pressure. But you can do the exact same thing without spending $60.
Get the NeilMed Sinus Rinse kit, the one with the squeeze bottle. It costs $10.49 at Target.
With the bottle dry, do the same thing as you do with Eustachi. Plug one nostril, press the empty bottle into your other nostril, and swallow while giving a gentle squeeze of the bottle.
I've used both, and blowing the air from the bottle achieves an identical pressure-releasing effect as the expensive, battery-powered Eustachi.
I thank Eustachi for the idea, but save your money. Its $60 price is absurd anyway, capitalizing on the lack of competition.
