Ready to make the transition to a cup? The Evenflo Feeding Soft-flo Trainer Cup is designed to make transitioning from bottles and breastfeeding to cups, as smooth as possible. The soft silicone spout with a flow-restriction valve helps prevent liquid from coming out too fast, making it the perfect cup for transitioning toddlers. The soft spout is made from 100% silicone and is gentle on your child's teeth and gums. The unique, 3-handle design makes it easy to hold at any angle, which is great for learning hands. The Soft-flo Trainer Cup is super easy to disassemble for quick cleaning and is dishwasher safe (top rack only). This cup is free of BPA, polycarbonates, PVC and phthalates, and they are made of FDA-approved food grade material.
The sippy part of the cup leaks and leaks and leaks if the cup is laying on its side. I dont even use it anymore because my 11 month old will have a pool of water in his high chair tray if he knocks it over when he is eating.
While the nipples on these are fairly good, the three handles get in my baby's way. It'd be better to stick with the traditional two-handeled sippy cup as that is easier for little hands to grab onto. I did not return these, however, because we can easily switch out the handles with others that we currently own.
My son is VERY picky about which cups he will use or not. He loves this one! It is easy for him to use and he has yet to get the lid off, which he does with just about every other cup he has. I like how easy to clean this cup is, and Brandon likes the big handles. I really like how the membrane to control flow is on the inside so he can't get his fingers into it, and it all comes apart for easy cleaning. I would recommend this cup as well as buy it again.
