The biggest issue we have been experiencing is the wheels are terrible quality. The front wheels don't spin and absolutely no tread, it just slips all over. I am looking to replace the wheels and not happy about having to spend extra money. The unit connects and folds well but hard to maneuver around.
I did like this stroller from when I took it out the box I did not feel it was safe I do not no how to walk in feel comfortable any more I wish I can be refunded for the whole set my newborn was in the car seat in the whole stroller closed in the car seat fail out it’s no way possible that this sis safe the front is flimsy and not safe in steady for a car seat in my opinion I just don’t like the set I don’t recommend be safe in shop smart the green lines were lined up in this thing still closed on my newborn
Overall nice travel system. I’m just not fond of how you have to drop the stroller on the ground to fold it. The canopy isn’t long enough to block much of anything from baby. And the car seat doesn’t latch onto the tray to secure it, I’m not even sure if it’s supposed to.
I have been reading reviews other people have written on here and I'm just laughing to myself. I keep seeing things like "it's so hard to open" or "it doesn't stay open." People. Read the instructions BEFORE you try and figure it out on your own. Honestly. It takes about 2 seconds to open this stroller if you do it correctly. Also, it locks into place when it's fully opened. If it keeps falling closed, it's your own fault for not pushing until you hear it click, not any fault of the product itself. I love the stroller, it has tons of storage room at the bottom and cup holders for parent and baby. And people saying the car seat doesn't lock on to the stroller? Again, they are wrong. It does. You'll hear it click. Stroller is very lightweight and folds up to take up barely any room in the trunk of my car. It clicks into place when you fold it up too, and has a little stand built into the design so you can store it upright in a closet if you need to. The car seat is good too. People saying the base slides around on the seat don't have it installed correctly, again READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. You have the option to just use the seatbelt, or you can attach it using the two metal hooks that are universal in most cars now. This is what I've done and what I recommend- that thing ain't going anywhere, I promise. The only thing I don't like about the whole system is the material it's made out of. It's something like a polyester and it is HOT. Makes the back of my baby's head sweat like a pig. My daughter has almost outgrown the carseat and I will be looking for a bigger carseat with a more breathable material, but will continue to use the stroller part of the system. The sweating thing might not be a problem if you live somewhere cooler, but I'm in Texas so it's an issue. Anyway, overall great system especially for the price, and most of the negative reviews are user error, not product error. Practice and play around with it to figure it out before you actually put your child in it so you know what you're doing.
