Q: Can hanging file folders be used in this?

A: I just purchased 3 of these and it certainly works with hanging folders. You can see the metal hanging rod in the box. I'm loading my hanging files as I write this. I don't know why a Target Team Member said it doesn't work with hanging folders?!?!

Q: Does this fit Letter, legal, or both sixes of paper? Do the rods that are in the box switch to accommodate both sixes of paper?

A: Legal size paper is 8 1/2” x 14” so if this box is only 12” long it will NOT hold legal size! Katrina @ Target google next time.

Most product complaints I see are about a lack of quality control; unfortunately, this file box is no exception. It would be a nice file box other than the bent pole, bent front wall, a lid that doesn't fit, and lid lip glue splitting apart. Seriously? It's embarrassing they didn't even catch one of these flaws, or even worse if they did spot these flaws but sent it out anyways.

The box itself is great and perfect for what we need. It only holds letter size folders. Mine did not come with a lid but I called and they are shipping me another set with the lids. They said I did not have to return them. I am happy with the product itself.
