Just bought these in the store today. Was really hoping these would be true blackout curtains, but they are not, hence the name Light Blocking. I will give them 3 stars though because they do look good and block out a good amount of the sunlight. The picture I attached makes it look like more light i...  see moreof Homegirl's review

I bought these in brown for a childs room. My window was 27inches from the inside mount. I think that it would look better if I used two per window, they look a little blah stretched out. I think they do eliminate the light. It is night time during the day in this room, and that is what I was lookin...  see moreof Stephanie's review

We needed drapes for our new bathroom. I had planned to put in shades but now we won't need them. I honestly only ordered these as a stop-gap measure but have decided they are all we need. I was very surprised at the quality of the fabric and finish of the drape. The fabric is surprisingly good and ...  see moreof Janice's review

Throw them in the dryer for about 20 mins on light steam (or put in a wet hand towel) and all the wrinkles come right out. Hang them and they not only look great, but they do keep out the heat/cold.  see moreof RichP's review

        Doesn't block out light.

Just bought these yesterday and tested them today. Light penetrates these curtains just as much as a heavy pair of non blackout curtains. I'm disappointed because I really like the texture of the gray ones. I took a picture of the light coming through and it looks just light their picture of "ordina...  see moreof Kristina's review

        NOT BLACKOUT CURTAINS

        1 out of 5 stars
        MEGAN — 4 years ago
They look nice, but they are in no way shape or form blackout curtains. There is no possible way they block out 99% of the light. When I went back to the store to choose replacements, I held the sample up to the light (something I should have done the first time) and I could see all these little h...  see moreof MEGAN's review

Don't buy these; there is nothing eclipse-like about these. See the photo. I will pack them up and return them.  see moreof Ed's review

        Not black out curtains...

        Kela95 — 4 years ago
These curtains are decent looking, but do not buy them if you want black out curtains. The other reviewers are right-- about 50 percent black out. no noise reduction. It's weird that they can advertise as black out, noise reduction curtains. Oh, well....  see moreof Kela95's review
