Q: How many poles should be included? I can't seem to assemble this. The directions say one is extendtable but I don't find it to extend. The microphone connector does not connect to the pole.

A: Hello, upon first opening the product you will see 2 white poles. One is blank while the other has two blue knobs, one on each end. The pole with the knobs is extendable and the extension can be pulled out from the top of that item and twisted to lock it into place. Thank you

Very nice microphone - sound is good for what it is. But like all the reviews. Microphone jack broke. Wouldn’t waste the money on this because it will break. I have 2 and I am just waiting for the 2nd one to break. We got them on Christmas so they haven’t even made it 1 month.

I wanted to love this so much but 1) it is such cheap plastic and is like a washed out red color, the marketing photos make it look like vibrant cherry red that should be metal, that’s not the case. 2) mine was missing a piece 3) no Bluetooth connection so you need to buy an aux cord 4) it’s flimsy Disappointed because I love this brand but this was a flop. Don’t buy it.
