This is a good everyday chef's knife. Very lightweight. It has a small handle, which fits my hand perfectly. The blade is sharp with some notches in it, which is great when cutting veggies or potatoes.
Cuts everything almost like butter!

Quality of the blade of decent. Good size and sharp it will get the job done. I am not super impressed with the quality of the handle though. I have a feeling the handle won't outlast the blade.

I have the 7" version of this knife and I think I prefer this knife over that one. It's lightweight and easy to use. I've used it on vegetables and meat and it cut through them easily. It's sharp and I had no issues with cutting. It's a good addition for your kitchen!
