Q: is the product or brand considerd "clean" containing no parabens, phythalates etc....?
submitted by Lulu - 1 year ago
A: We carefully select our ingredients so you don’t have to worry about what’s in (and not in) our skincare products. There are over 1,300 ingredients on our no-no list, including Phthalates and Parabens.
Using for almost 10 days, nothing noticeably different yet

I have dry sensitive skin. I put this product on before bed and felt a slight stinging, didn't think anything of it at first because it went away a bit after. The next morning I woke up with my whole eye area red as tomatoes and developed blisters under both my eyes. Would never recommend this product.

I bought this just a few weeks ago and have loved this product. I am 25 and have always had dark circles and puffy undereyes (partially due to lack of sleep, I will admit), and I have noticed a significant difference in my undereyes - they are brighter and much less puffy. I would 100% recommend this product.

I received a sample of this and boy was I lucky to get it! Finally, I see a change in my eyes. After searching, trying out, and then throwing out products claiming to reduce fine lines, I have this one that does that and more. Really happy I have this product, and I will come back for more! When you find the one, you stick to it! :)

Not as great as another product that I used before. I have not seen any results as quickly as the other product.

Okay firstly I want to say that I love first aid beauty so I do not fault the company, but this eye cream kickstarted a battle with blepharitis for me. I had dry-ish eyes before starting this, but about a week into using it I was getting recurring NUCLEAR styes on my eyes. I should have looked up retinol around the eyes because it turns out it damages the delicate glands in the eyelid that lubricator your eyes. Did it smooth my eye area? Oh yes smooth as a baby's butt but at what cost! So just use with extreme caution if you have sensitive eyes whatsoever.

I have loved everything from this brand. Loved. But I won't be buying this again, after just a month or two it separates and has a strange smell. I'm still giving it 3 stars because maybe it is working? But it's such a bad experience to put it on.

I never write reviews but I honestly had to about this product. I have puffy eyes and fine lines. I have tried everything from high dollar to low and literally nothing worked. I was on the fence about this product after reading reviews however, after the 1st use I started seeing results. The puffiness has gown down (alot) and my undereye area is much smoother. If you are hesitant on buying this I would bite the bullet and get it. I'm so happy I did I will forsure buy more after this tube is gone. Just a dab in the morning and at night nothing major you will start seeing instant results

I thought I'd have to wait for results on my crow's feet. Boy was I wrong! I'm no spring chicken so I wasn't expecting any major results but the ingredient list was impressive so I took a chance. Glad I did, I'll be repurchasing.

If I could give this eye cream a million stars I would. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks and it has been a game changer in my makeup routine. It glides on and feels so creamy. Has a hint of Cucumber smell. My under eye has went from dry and flaky to super hydrated First Aid Beauty FAB Skin Lab Retinol Eye Cream with Triple Hyaluronic Acid

I was so excited to try this since it has retinol and I know under eyes tend to show wrinkles first. Unfortunately, this made my under eye area very flakey and dry. It made things look worse honestly! If you don’t have sensitive skin, maybe you could make it work. Not for me though!

My Chanel and Louis Vuitton eye bags under my eyes are not it and need a lot of love. I have very dark under eyes and I definitely think putting retinol eye cream AT NIGHT (don’t want to expose this product to sunlight) is awesome.

Overall, this is a good eye cream - great ingredients, gentle, moisturizing, fragrance and alcohol free. I have used this eye cream consistently for four months. The only complaint I have is that it will pill if you touch (rub) your eyes after the cream has settled. Not sure if I will buy again. I prefer eye creams that absorb into the skin.

Separated and burned

I do not recommend this eye cream!! Holy wow. So I purchased this eye cream because I wanted an eye cream with retinol in it to pair with the retinol I was putting on the rest of my face. It was really nice and felt good going on (though I will say the tube is annoying). HOWEVER, after about a month of using this product, instead of the normal white cream coming out what came out was a combination of the cream and a light oil. Okay, I think. Maybe it settled and it just needs to be mixed a little bit. Fine, I can do some manual labor with my eye cream. So I do that for a few days and it's fine. Until one day, I'm doing my thing, I did notice that there seemed to be even more of the oil this time but I was like "probably fine" NOT FINE! It burned like crazy!! It was so close to my eyes, I had to scrub them like crazy and layer them with moisturizer just to make them feel semi-okay again. It was a disaster and terrible. I'm terrified to even try the cream again. I have to assume the oils was either concentrated Hyaluronic acid or retinol. Either way, I wish I hadn't put it on. So take this as a warning, if your product separates in the bottle don't just assume it's fine. It's not. I wouldn't recommend buying a product like this that could separate on you either because you never know and it's way too expensive to even bother risking it.

Hydrating

I have just started using this product after reading the reviews. I have noticed that my undereyes look more hydrated and the fine lines that were very noticeable are less noticeable now due to that hydration. I am hopeful that, with continued use, I will see a significant improvement because my eyes make me look exhausted, even when I'm not.
