We’ve used First day in the past and is our current go to again. My boys with Autism love them and they are very picky eaters. Since we started using them again, I’ve seen such an improvement with my oldest that is 8 with a speech impairment and he’s repeating more words and is talking so much lately. I’m so happy and proud 🥲 and I do recommend this brand and check out their website because they do have different flavors and other vitamins for the whole family!

My family has been using first day vitamins for over a year and love them. Just know that the flavors sold at Target are different than the ones online. My son prefers the strawberry orange ones from the website over the raspberry ones at Target.

I bought these for my granddaughter. She liked the flavor. I thought they were good for her. But she always has had trouble taking her meds including vitamins so I stopped her subscription. But I still recommend them.

We've been using first day for 3years now! When they updated the formula, my kids did not like it, at first. I was worried that we would have to change vitamins but after a few more tries, they got used to the new flavor and now eat it without fuss!

Are good except they are to sticky
I find they help with some of my children but not all and they are awfully sticky not sure if that is from them getting to hot in shipping or if that is the way they are made
